- Support the Wealth at Work LFO, Wealth CFO, business head(s) and other senior management with insight and analyses regarding segment financial results
- Contribute to the quality and completeness of the Control Framework to ensure accuracy and soundness for all Wealth at Work financial disclosures
- Ownership for process and systems improvements, incorporating alignment of key controls
- Help drive continuous improvements in efficiency, timeliness, and quality of control design
- Facilitate decision making to drive performance and strategy of the Wealth at Work business
- Lead ad-hoc analytics on themes that arise at senior management’s request and/or through proactive research of potential issues
- Partner with various global functional (i.e. FP&A, Treasury, Tax etc.) and business teams to provide analysis and manage various processes around the reporting of actuals to all relevant stakeholders
- Acting as the senior partner across Finance and to the other key stakeholders (Business, Risk, Compliance Technology, etc.) in relation to Wealth at Work matters
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting
- Understanding of Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) and risk management frameworks is a must and demonstrated evidence of improving or maintaining a high-quality control environment
- Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to various audiences
- Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
This role requires a significant understanding of the Wealth Controllers function as well as ability to work effectively at all levels and partnering with our key stakeholders and other functions.

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
