  How You Will Contribute:

  • Work on Packet Optical products those are mainly used in aggregation and access side in telecom network.
  • Execute solution test plans to validate customer use-cases, also review system requirements & functional specifications and develop test plans.
  • Involved in creation of test topologies and test setup for both manual and automation execution of test scenarios.
  • Collaborate with a multi-functional team of designers, other QA IT team and release management team.
  • Plan and build test environments for feature and solution level test execution, analyze test results, file defect reports & retest defect resolution.
  • Develop and execute automation scripts using Automation Framework to validate supported features and find quality issues.
  • Learn how optical transport equipment and associated test equipment function.
  • Helping to drive improvements of the product quality.

  The Must Haves:

  • Working towards completion of Bachelor’s, Master’s, degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge in Python Automation, Optical networking, and Data communication.
  • Familiarity with fiber optical components and/or electronics lab equipment.
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated problem solver who likes to multitask.
  • A good communicator and a team player that revels in the challenge of solving technical issues.
  • Team oriented, strong inter-personal skills with ability to collaborate across global multisite environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple teams across geographically diverse areas.
