      Responsibilities

      Answers all incoming local and long distance call and makes proper connection to person or office requested; places outgoing local and long distance calls; keeps records of incoming and outgoing calls, telegrams received, and messages which can not be delivered immediately; answers routine non-technical questions and refers other questions to proper person or office; acts as receptionist registering callers, directing them to the proper office, and giving routine information; operates public address system; performs clerical work such as filing, typing, posting simple data, and taking inventories; regular and prompt attendance; ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required; performs related duties as required.


      Qualifications

      High school diploma or equivalent.
