Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
• Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
• Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
• Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
• Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work one of the following shifts:

Sunday u2013 Thursday

• 2:00 pm u2013 10: 00 pm
• 3:00 pm u2013 11: 00 pm

• Customer Service experience
• Experience with d ata e ntry , Microsoft Office, and Windows
• CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE certification

Desired Qualification:

• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System

Education Requirements:

Bacheloru2019s degree and ten ( 10 ) years of work relevant experience or High School or GED with fifteen ( 1 5 ) years of relevant work experience.
