What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide application support for business and clinical teams
- Offer tier 3 support for headquarters, hospitals, and other IS Department teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and projects
- Evaluate and recommend vendors, products, and services
- Manage asset tracking, software licensing, and third-party solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Citrix, IBM websphere, VMware/Hyper-V, and cryptosystems
- Knowledge of MS Exchange/Office 365, MS Azure/AWS, and TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Experience with SQL databases and Privileged Access Management solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in system administration
- Completion of Epic training programs within 180 days of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Imprivata and relational database management systems
