What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operational issues, requests, and project tasks involving various technologies, including Windows Server and patching tools
- Install, configure, and support AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Administer Windows server-side infrastructure and virtual machines
- Remediate security compliance findings proactively and support security assessments
- Collaborate with peers to create comprehensive solution designs and manage project plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- Extensive expertise in network infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and IT operations
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, AWS cloud technologies, and security scan remediation
- Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and deliver innovative solutions
- Proven experience working independently while building cross-functional relationships

- Experience with healthcare systems and processes
- Background in government IT services
- Development experience in relevant technologies
