Partner with team members and business owners to develop curriculum designed to bring program strategies to life and improve the productivity and effectiveness of our sales and success teams
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver creative digital learning and training programs and live learning experiences
Be a thought-leader on execution strategies in consideration of program strategies and audience needs
Participate in engineering meetings to provide feedback and identify upcoming enablement needs for your partners
Regular schedule of feedback and reviews of plans with your partners
Implement new opportunities for information sharing such as content libraries, training, and communications assets
Apply governance tools for priority changes to improve us using metrics and data to make a sound decision
Responsible for the cycle of creating and posting content, iterating based on feedback, and promoting
Ensure smooth transition from technical launch to partner enablement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years' experience in sales, technical or product enablement discipline at a SaaS company
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to break down concepts and explain them to different audiences
Ability to manage competing priorities and stay flexible through growth and change
Previous project work using SFDC or SAP S/4

We're looking for a Systems Enablement Program Specialist to join our team. You will report to the Director of Solution Design.
As a System Enablement Specialist/Analyst, your role is to contribute to the system enablement efforts. You will align our needs with system enablement efforts. In this capacity, you will collaborate with teams, including partners, change management team, technical product management, and engineering teams, to ensure the successful launch of new features and programs. You will easily navigate changes in priorities to help others improve performance and results. And, as a visionary who strives for excellence, you excel in working with instructional designers to develop creative resources, bring video learning content to life with storytelling and leverage learning platforms to produce mixed-modality content, including reinforcement exercises, micro-learning, role plays, and simulations.
