      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and monitor system nursing pipeline and advancement programs, including contract tracking and progress reporting
      - Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and communication tools to support nursing initiatives
      - Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
      - Analyze data trends and stakeholder feedback to inform program improvements and strategic decision-making
      - Maintain accurate databases and records for assigned programs and projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, or project coordination
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and other data/reporting tools
      - Strong analytical and data management skills, including the ability to develop dashboards and generate reports
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP)
      - Three (3) years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, or project coordination
      - Experience with data tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
      - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
