What You'll Be Doing: Samsonite is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to maintain all computing equipment within our Jacksonville Distribution Center and Corporate Office. Equipment includes Printers, Wi-Fi Tablets, Scan guns, Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Network Switches. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with the entire organization, including senior leadership.Troubleshoot and repair both Hardware and Software issues as needed. Setup up new equipment tablets, scan guns, laptops, desktops, etc. according to company guidelines. Manage all support requests within Jira Ticketing system. Meet deadlines for completing all assigned tasks/projects. Support all business and warehouse users as required. Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's computing environment. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues. Provide support to Conveyor systems as needed. Provide Support after normal working hours and weekends as needed. We're Excited If You Have: High School diploma with 4+ years’ experience in system support. Or, BS/BA in IT, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years’ experience in system support. Knowledge of Windows OS, Office Suites, Active Directory. Basic networking skills are a must.
