      Job Summary:
      As a SolarWinds Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with network engineers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our SolarWinds infrastructure. This job requires setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system-wide software, and allocating mass storage space. You'll also make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation, and provide backup recovery.       Key Responsibilities:

      • Maintain and configure SolarWinds systems, including NPM, SAM, NTA, and other advanced modules
      • Develop and monitor policies and standards related to the use of computing resources
      • Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of SolarWinds systems
      • Set up administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation, and tune system performance
      • Install system-wide software, allocate mass storage space, and provide backup recovery

      • Strong understanding of SolarWinds architecture, system administration, and network protocols
      • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
      • Experience with dashboards and reporting
      • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
