- Provide the necessary support to ensure the highest level of service for all systems
- Contribute ongoing updates to Disaster Recovery and business Resumption Plans
- Provide assistance during the execution of Disaster Recovery Exercises
- Maintain a strong operational knowledge of the tools required for support of the systems, subsystems and support products
- Provide technical support for problem analysis/determination to ensure affected components are promptly restored to service & ensures appropriate follow up
- Create and maintain documentation and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve/escalate incidents according to established SLA guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
- 5-9 years related Systems Administrator experience
- Understanding of Process Management
- Above average written /verbal communications skills
- Above average organization and planning skills

Provide consistent levels of organizational and technical expertise which are necessary for the successful implementation and maintenance support of specific systems and subsystems (such as Unix, Linux, AIX, Windows and/or Solaris).
