Administer, monitor, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure including:

Azure Active Directory

Microsoft Intune / Autopilot

Windows Server environments
-
Office 365 applications
-
WLAN infrastructure across office locations

Partner with our external IT consulting firm on network upgrades, security enhancements, and cloud migration
-
Lead end-user device deployment and support through automation and standardization
-
Leverage PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency
-
Provide Tier 2 and 3 support and mentor the IT Support Technician in troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service best practices
-
Maintain and document system architecture, procedures, and IT asset tracking
-
Participate in the implementation and improvement of backup, security, and disaster recovery protocols
-
3-5 years of experience in systems administration or similar IT infrastructure role, supporting 100+ staff

Strong working knowledge of:
-
Azure AD and Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
-
Server administration and virtualization
-
PowerShell scripting
-
-
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently

Familiarity with Autodesk application environments (Revit and AutoCAD) is a plus

Excellent judgment in triaging issues and collaborating across teams

Customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to elevate our internal IT operations by owning infrastructure administration, leading firmwide technology initiatives, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to keep systems performing at their best.This role is ideal for someone who has grown beyond help desk support and is ready to lead infrastructure management, automation, and cloud-based transformation. You'll report to the IT Manager and collaborate with our external IT consulting partner (CIO) to support projects, systems, and staff across multiple offices.

The expected hourly rate for this role ranges from $33-39 per hour (must be willing to work according to the firm's hybrid schedule after successful completion of the trial period). Actual pay will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, location, business needs, and other job-related factors.
