      Daily tasks will include:
      • Software installation and configuration.
      • Troubleshoot software installation issues.
      • Perform problem root cause analysis.
      • Citrix Netscaler administrator or Axway Secure Transport administrator (enterprise file transfer system)
      • Assist in creation and update of technical documentation.
      • Assist in process improvement.
      • Day to day operational task for Axway Secure Transport File Transfer system (create, update, troubleshoot and remove accounts as needed)
      • Assist in vulnerability mitigation for various application installations.
      • On-call and some weekend work will be required.
      • Additional tasks as assigned.
      Systems Administrator
      Maintains the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as servers. Ensures that the uptime, performance, resources and security of the computers he or she manages meet the needs of the users.

      Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
      1. 60 Months of various hardware experience in Linux, AIX and Windows Server.
      2. 60 Months of Installation and configuration experience in various 3rd party applications.
      3. 60 Months of experience mitigating security vulnerabilities.
      4. 60 Months of experience in Technical Documentation
