What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct routine system administration tasks and maintain system admin logs
- Ensure system efficiency and troubleshoot various systems and networks
- Provide server, network, and desktop support
- Debug protocols, troubleshoot customer issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with company leadership to enhance computer systems with new technologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in system administration
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows systems
- Experience with virtual environments like AWS and VMWare
- Proficiency in administering DNS/DHCP and Load Balancing technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with VA Health Portfolio and Informatics Product Line
- Experience in Data Integration Modernizations and Secure Messaging
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Background in the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Public Trust Clearance
