- Analyze functional and operational issues reported by customers with their Oracle EPM/Hyperion environment and provide solutions or workarounds in a timely manner.
- Manage operations and end-user support of Hyperion EPM 11x platform, including HFM, ERPi, FDM, Planning, Essbase, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues across various Hyperion applications and boundary systems.
- Coordinate operational handover with global support teams and assist business partners with application issues, configuration, and administration.
- Proactively monitor and streamline tasks and procedures following company standards, and establish and perform standard operational policies and procedures.
- Work interdependently with technical infrastructure teams, application teams, and business units to ensure service delivery meets business objectives.
- Participate in system testing, data validations, and stress testing of new enhancements/features, and create technical documentation, including data flow charts, system diagrams, formulas, and methods for solving business problems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion (on-prem) suite of products, including HFM, ERPi, FDM, Planning, Essbase, and related tools.
- Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM 11.1.2.4, 11.2.x, and experience with Hyperion EPMA, Workspace, HFM, ERPi, Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), FDMEE/ODI, Essbase Studio, and SmartView.
- Experience with installation, upgrade, and migration of Hyperion applications, including migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network technologies, and knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c database and WebLogic application server.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a demanding customer environment and delight customers.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SRs, RFCs, and My Oracle Support.
- Knowledge of OAC-Essbase, Essbase 19c, and Essbase 21c.
- Implementation experience in DRM and EPMA to DRM migration for Hyperion 11.1.2.x to 11.2.x.
- Experience with cloud EPM solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Services like LBaaS, Compute, NSGs, Security List, and Gateways.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, and other cloud scripting solutions.
- Working knowledge of Linux platform and customer support and/or consulting experience.
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion EPM Infrastructure Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations, end-user support, and project initiatives across our EPM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Hyperion (on-prem) suite of products, including HFM, ERPi, FDM, Planning, Essbase, and related tools. This is a highly visible role that requires collaboration with functional teams to solve complex business issues and design scalable system solutions.
