- 84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration
- 84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies
- 84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration
- Bachelor's degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oracle PeopleSoft Certification
- 84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition
- 84 months of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures
- 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams, including database administrators and cybersecurity analysts
