  ### What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Interact with end-users, Business Analysts, management, and external vendors for troubleshooting and application software analysis
  - Analyze programming requests, design/write programming specifications, and assist in researching mainframe software application issues
  - Develop expertise in one or several areas of the Mainframe applications
  - Meet with end-users and Project Management Office to obtain detailed information about their mainframe application software programming requests
  - Assist in researching reported mainframe application software problems and recommend corrective action to senior members of the team
  
  ### What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Ability to work well with others
  - Member service focused with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Excellent organizational skills
  - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  - Bachelors Degree or equivalent with three years similar or related experience
  - General working knowledge of APIs and how they can integrate with core banking systems and other ancillary applications that enhance mainframe applications
  - Good working knowledge of PC and various software products
  - Good working knowledge of COBOL and/or other high-level programming languages
  
  ### How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Demonstrated experience in the credit union industry
  - Advanced knowledge of mainframe applications and systems
  - Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Member Identification Program (MIP), and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulations
  - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects/tasks
