- Cerner Millennium Solution experience- PowerChart, Iview, Power Plans, Orders, Task, Multi patient task list, Registration/Scheduling, Orders, Powerforms, Mpage, Discern Rules, Dynamic Documentation, Care Documentation
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization
- On Call Expectations
- Any additional Oracle Cerner application expertise is a plus.
- Experience with on call or ticketing systems
- Certification in Cerner Millennium Fundamentals, Cerner Millennium PowerChart orders
- Familiar with Cerner Millennium applications
- PharmNet build tools u00A0
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations,u00A0projects, and client expectations
- Weekly on call rotation with the team and schedule flexibility for projects and go lives as needed for the organization.
- Consult with client on current workflows and recommend future state workflows.
- Consult with client on system changes and ongoing system maintenance
- Provide client partners troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support
- Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise
- Resolve client concerns raised during operation and maintenance of solution application
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position experience
The role of System Analyst III will you may serve as both a first point of contact and an escalated point of contact for issues and questions from users related to the application(s) you support.u00A0 You will be responsible for reviewing incoming incidents, perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to deliver remediation.u00A0 When needed, you will act as a liaison between the application vendor and the departments utilizing the applications as well as an internal business partners.u00A0 In addition, you will work with a team to implement and maintain various applications and will work towards becoming the subject matter expert in the applications configuration and upgrades.
On a rotating shift basis, you will be expected to provide 24/7 support to triage or resolve incoming incidents.u00A0
Minimum Supervision u2013 employee will work independently under broad instructions or directions and work is typically reviewed as completed. Employees will work from broad instructions and will participate in setting work objectives and managing their workload.
Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. Knowledge of and personal computer and computer software skills (i.e., MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, internet, e-mail). Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education: Undergraduate Degree or Associates Degree with at least 6 Years relevant work experience in Information Technology Preferred Education: Degree in Business, Technology, or Clinical Fields Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of Cerner Millennium Experience Preferred Experience: Work experience in healthcare information technology. 5+ years of Cerner Millennium Experience
Required Certification: Certification in Cerner Millennium Fundamentals
