      Systems Analyst

      Job in Miami Beach, FL. Allow periodic telecommuting within Greater S. Florida area. Require 20% travel to come onsite for work.

      Position Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for the full life cycle management of some Administrative and Financial applications.
      • Gather and document requirements, workflow analysis, showing prototypes, develop solutions, test solutions.
      • Work with customers in developing workflows for any new workflows or ad-hoc request.
      • Work with build and testing for routine system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements and go-live support as needed.

      Qualifications:

      Education

      • Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field and three years of experience as System Analyst, IT Project Manager, Salesforce Project Manager/Administrator, or related OR five years of experience as System Analyst, IT Project Manager, Salesforce Project Manager/Administrator, or related.

      Experience

      • Must have experience with the following: Salesforce management - Cloud, Marketing, Service; SurveyMonkey and Labra; JIRA, Agile, Zendesk, Apex and trigger writing; Advanced automations, workflows and validation rules; Maintain system security through managing profile, permission sets, roles and sharing rules.

      Require 20% travel to come onsite for work.
