      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform application deployments, configurations, and support for all environments
      - Manage Windows Server OS configurations, including IIS server role
      - Conduct server and application migrations
      - Triage and analyze issues related to internal benefits applications
      - Collaborate with team members and development groups to investigate performance and application issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or an appropriate degree
      - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
      - Proven ability to work as a dedicated team player with initiative and independence
      - Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
      - Concrete experience with Internet Information Services (IIS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of SQL Server management and Octopus
      - Experience with domain environments (Active Directory or LDAP)
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure/Cloud technologies
      - Understanding of Dynamics CRM
