Basic Qualifications

of the following disciplines: Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or
equivalent experience/combined education
-Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
-Software Quality or Engineering experience in Requirements Analysis, Design/Development,
Product Integration and Test
-Knowledge of Industry recognized Quality
systems / models such as Capability Maturity
Model Integrated (CMMI) and AS9100.
-Experience with corrective and preventive action
and experienced as a team lead and facilitator.
-Have excellent communication skills, and
possess a proven ability to effectively interact
and communicate with management of all levels

Job Description
You will be the Systems and Software Quality Engineer Associate Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for leading the development of innovative air and missile defense, precision fires, and sensors systems, delivering cutting-edge products and services to our military and civilian customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems and Software Quality Engineer Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading and performing key areas of responsibility within the Software Quality Engineering discipline, developing and maintaining processes that adhere to AS9100 and CMMI standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining Systems and Software Quality Engineering processes
• Ensuring adherence to AS9100 Quality Management System standards and CMMI
• Meeting program and customer requirements
• Leading and performing quality engineering activities

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Desired skills
-Bachelors degree in STEM field highly preferred.
-Experience driving strategies resulting in the
strengthening the Software Quality Management
Systems both at internal sites and at key
software suppliers.
-Experience working with
Government customers and stakeholders.
-Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
-ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and / or
Certified -Quality Improvement Associate
(CQIA).
-Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM,
Kanban, SaFE, etc.)
-Experience with creating and/or generating
Basis of Estimates for Proposals. Deep
understanding of Software Quality Assurance

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
