Superlanet is currently recruiting for a System Architect to support a healthcare organization in Palm Desert, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity or contract to hire opportunity that will remain hybrid (two days a week onsite) as they are on the cloud and on prem. This professional will be responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the healthcare organizations systems. Defines system solutions based on needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Researches, identifies, recommends, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies utilizing extensive professional judgement. Stays on top of industry trends and new technologies. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously.
Requirements
Required: 10+ years as a System Administrator in an Enterprise environment, or equivalent environment and role
Preferred: Experience supporting a healthcare enterprise environment or healthcare data center
- Extensive experience with the following services, applications and concepts, including but not limited to:
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Certificate Services, LANDesk, PXE, Citrix, VMware vSphere, P2V, P2P, Symantec Endpoint, hardware independent imaging, sys-prep, PRTG, Active Administrator, networking, scripting (bash, vb-script, etc.), Windows DSC, IT security best practices, EPIC server/application experience a plus.
- Operating systems: Current on the supported versions of Windows Server, Windows 7Pro, Win 10 Ent, Apple iOS, Apple OSx and Linux - deployment, upgrades, and changes as required.
- Extensive experience managing an Enterprise level Exchange environment.
- Extensive experience in hardware and software management systems (LANDesk) use building packages, pushing software, testing package pushes, and general IT asset management.
- Knowledge of enterprise backup systems (CommVault preferred), de-duplication, and DR solutions.
- Knowledge of Cisco UCS and HP rack-mount/blade hardware.
- Must have experience managing a SAN fabric as well as storage management: carve and present LUNs, review performance, expand as needed, all while following industry standards and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
