      EA Governance Architect/Analyst

      This role plays a critical part in establishing and enforcing architecture governance, ensuring that all IT initiatives adhere to defined standards, principles, and best practices. The Senior Enterprise Architect designs scalable, secure, and efficient systems while guiding technology decisions that support long-term business goals. This position requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to develop architectural frameworks, roadmaps, and governance models that drive consistency and innovation across the enterprise.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and implement architecture governance products which align with enterprise policies, and standards.
      • Facilitate the use of established architecture building blocks such as Patterns and designs for the implementation of standard and compliant solutions in the enterprise
      • Work closely with Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
      • Maintain and evolve architectural documentation, including reference models and roadmaps.
      • Monitor adherence to architectural standards and manage exceptions or deviations.
      • Provide guidance and oversight for solution architects and project teams.
      • Establish changes to existing business processes or create new ones as required, in collaboration with other enterprise teams
      • Review and define technical and/or data requirements and details for various product features as well as different AWS technologies
      • Lead efforts to establish and communicate standards for project team.
      • Drive continuous improvement in architecture governance processes and tools.


      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
      • Proven experience in establishing and managing architecture governance processes.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern IT architectures.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Collaboration: Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
      • Data Analysis: Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
      • Process Development: Skilled in understanding existing business processes, suggesting enhancements and developing new ones
      • Documentation: Skilled in documentation for the purpose of analysis, data discovery, data lineage and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel, or PowerPoint




      Systems Architects design and develop solutions to network concerns, system administration issues, or complex applications problems. They also perform systems integration and management functions. Systems Architects analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve upon existing systems. They review system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations. Systems Architects incorporate strategies and engineering tools for introducing new technology into the customers infrastructure-related business processes. Skills: Construct data solutions in alignment with applicable policies, standards, and practices. Study and measure the impact of proposed scope changes to future architectures. Support the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, data maps and other architecture artifacts. Collaborate with senior business and technical personnel to deliver a robust scalable architecture that meets the business goals of the enterprise. Ability to explain technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to translate requirements into designs for systems that involve multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories. Understanding with good object-oriented design principles and UML modeling techniques. Strong data analysis and data quality assessment skills. Strong knowledge of data modeling and design techniques for both relational and multi-dimensional databases. Education/Work Exprerience: 1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field 2) Post-graduate degree desired 3) Professional certification(s) desired 15+ years of progressive experience with an emphasis in software systems applications, design, development and inter-connectivity. May have lead experience.
