- Gather new requirements and develop enhancements to the NYePAY application to support Child Care Assistance Payments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the existing application.
- Maintain and support the interfaces with Benefit Issuance and Control Subsystem (BICS) and Facility Application and Management System (FAMS)/ Child Care Facility System (CCFS)
- Monitor file processes, including BICS Payment files and ACH NACHA files, to ensure timely payments for Child Care.
- Perform writing the complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database.
- Individual under this position will work under the direction of a Project Manager.
- 84 months experience developing n-tiered applications utilizing .Net 4.7 or above using MVC pattern.
- 84 months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
- 84 months experience with XML Type PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers in Oracle databases.
- 72 months experience in design and developing application reports using reporting tools such as SSRS
- 72 months experience design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design.
- 60 months experience doing CI/CD using tools like Azure DevOps performing tasks such as automated builds, writing build & release pipelines and creating work items.
