Daily maintenance activities to ensure all IT operations run smoothly.
Daily support for the local imaging center and for the central environments(FISMA/IMGS).
Responsible for proper daily escalation of issues and off-hour on-call support.
Work to improve existing standard processes and develop comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, and
SLA adherence based on industry proven best practices.
Responsible for successful on-boarding of new DS customers and change requests for existing DS customers
Ensure constant systems/solution availability to meet project SLA’s
Meet with Implementation/Devops for solution fixes and enhancements.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016, SQL databases, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
Skilled in deploying and troubleshooting Kofax imaging software and managing batch class deployments.
Broad understanding of core IT disciplines including desktop, server, and network support, with working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls.
Proven ability to install and support hardware/software both remotely and on-site, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
Project and program management experience, with strong organizational and time management skills to navigate shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
5 years of IT industry work experience
Microsoft Certified Professional (or related certification)
A+ and Network+ Certifications
ITIL v3 foundation and practitioner certification X
CompTIA Sec + Certification
Will be subject to a government background clearance investigation so you must be a U.S. citizen to apply
