      Your job:

      • Learn all aspects of a complex systems to perform technical tasks throughout the system’s lifecycle. This may include working with hardware in the lab, developing scripts and/or APIs, or developing automated test routines/procedures.

      • Perform Technical Lead duties for small and medium sized product developments including leading engineering trade studies and design reviews.

      • Develop Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) architecture models.

      • Design and verify system modules based on system operational requirements.

      • Perform integration and troubleshooting of prototype HW and SW.

      • Troubleshoot root cause analysis of OEM/customer issues in the field.

      • Create and execute system test procedures to verify hardware and software functionality.

      • Prepare and support design and implementation of automated test procedures.

      • Support and author technical and process related documents.

      • Support transition of hardware and software products from development to production, and support entry into service and OEM/customer field issues.

      • Support the Program Office in generating product development schedule and cost.

Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

      • Test Program Design – Knowledge of test program design (e.g. design of experiments, test plan development, validation).

      • Communication – Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

      • Continuous Improvement – Willing to provide and implement solutions in testing to reduce testing time, increase efficiency or any other options to better test products.

      Job Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline required.

      • Minimum 7 years related experience in related field.

      • Working experience in Python, C, C++, or other computer programming language required

      • Strong computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. desired

      • ISO 9001 experience desired

      • Previous experience in avionics desired

      $89,100.00 - $149,600.00
