As a Systems Engineer specializing in Device Management, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and secure management solutions for both Windows and Apple devices. Your expertise in Microsoft Intune and Apple JAMF will play a critical role in ensuring seamless device provisioning, configuration, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune Administration:

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows devices.
• Enforce policies, profiles, and compliance settings.
• Implement conditional access and mobile application management (MAM).

Apple JAMF Administration:

• Deploy and manage Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
• Set up profiles, configurations, and security settings.
• Ensure seamless integration with macOS and iOS environments.

Endpoint Security and Compliance:

• Implement security measures such as encryption, remote wipe, and device enrollment.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Automation and Scripting:

• Use PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages to automate device management tasks.
• Create custom scripts for specific device configurations.

User Support and Training:

• Provide end-user support for device-related queries.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in managing device management solutions (Intune and JAMF).
• Familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
• Certifications related to Intune (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) and JAMF (e.g., Certified Casper Technician (CCT)) are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
