We are seeking a Systems Engineer to apply comprehensive and detailed understanding of rotorcraft missions and systems to provide wide-ranging direct programmatic and technical systems support to our government customer at the Cargo Modernization PM. In this rapidly changing environment, you will need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet task deadlines. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, analytical skills (data analysis and research), and a strong attention to detail. This role requires experience in requirements management and configuration management of specification documents (including subsystem specifications and ICDs). It also requires evaluation of claims for requirements verification, including evaluation of test reports and other evidence to determine if requirements have been met. Your role will also include generating programmatic documentation and presentations to leadership for major acquisition milestones. In addition, this role includes oversight of risk and issue management and evaluation, including identifying and assessing risks on program cost, schedule, and performance, establishing risk mitigation activities, and facilitating risk review boards. Prior experience with IBM Rational DOORS, Project Recon, and/or Model-Based Systems Engineering tools is desirable, but not required.
