What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Primary resource for Beyond Trust (BT) – Endpoint Privilege Management on Workstations
- Configuration adjustments based on user feedback and software logs
- Analysis of events within BT logs to identify potential threats
- Improve customer experience by eliminating unnecessary messages for end users
- Collaborate with security team for ongoing course correction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of technical experience with technology infrastructure and management software
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
