Systems Engineer III - Digital Workplace/O365 (Remote)

- Perform platform administration in maintaining Microsoft 365 including a hybrid Exchange environment, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Perform Power Platform administration including management of the Center of Excellence (COE), the management and promotion of environment solutions, and monitoring service health.
- Manage and optimize mail flow, transport rules, policies, and compliance settings within Exchange Online to ensure secure and efficient email delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert during IT audits and 3rd party assessments of the Microsoft 365 tenant to identify risks.
- Design, build, test and deploy scripting and automation to reduce the effort required to provide DWT services and support. Align solutions with the existing technology stack to provide seamless delivery.
- Organize continuous improvement efforts by understanding staff insights and concerns and creating a pipeline of change. Maintains a keen eye on opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, compliancy, or cost savings. Drive resolutions to production.
- Act as an expert support resource for multiple DWT technology stack components. Assist and mentor system administrators and technicians to foster personal growth and accountability.

OverviewThis is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our team to manage our Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on emerging technologies including Microsoft Power Platform, Purview, and CoPilot. The Systems Engineer III is a member of the Digital Workplace Technology Collaboration Operations team and is responsible for delivering high quality and innovative technology solutions to the end user community. The Systems Engineer III will test and manage features and functionality within M365, troubleshooting complex technical issues while addressing end user requests for assistance. The Systems Engineer III must balance strong technical knowledge with sound business acumen to satisfy our internal customers and fulfill our DWT mission.
