      Cimarron is seeking mid-level and senior-level Systems Engineers to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.

      Key Duties:

      • Apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to develop, analyze, and manage system models and architecture across multiple programs.
      • Leverage CAMEO to create and maintain SysML models supporting system requirements, design, and verification.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models accurately reflect technical and operational requirements.
      • Support technical reviews, stakeholder briefings, and system documentation efforts.

      Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

      • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
      • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
      • This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.       • Active Secret Clearance.
      • 2 or more years of related experience.
      • Experience applying MBSE on one or more programs
      • Experience with CAMEO or Rhapsody.
      • Experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or technical lead for MBSE activities.
      • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.

      Additional Requirement for Senior-level Opening:

      • 5 or more years of related experience.

      Desired Skills, Experience, or Education:

      • Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency or other DoD programs.
      • INCOSE Systems Engineering certification.
      • Familiarity with digital engineering environments and tools.
