      As part of our ATC division (where we are a global leader in Air Traffic Management systems); we have an opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer to provide technical oversight, ensuring that the designed solutions for our clients are implemented as per the design and in accordance to the project/bid schedule and cost constraints.

      Working within a talented and highly collaborative team, this is an opportunity to work on varying size projects (from small upgrades to full rollouts and refresh for ATM systems) while learning the complex working of Air Traffic Management systems.

      Responsibilities

      • Prepare solution proposals to the according to the defined functional baseline
      • Define systems solutions that are the best trade-off between requirements, cost, schedule and risk that meet our customer’s needs.
      • Documenting solution in Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
      • Prepare and conduct specification reviews with our customers and lead technical working groups both internally and externally to define technical solutions.
      • Support the Software Development, Integration and Validation teams during implementation phase.
      • Support the team to identify and mitigate functional/architectural risks.

      Essential Experience:

      • BEng or equivalent appropriate degree along with proven experience working within complex systems engineering environments. (Air Traffic Management systems being a software focused product)
      • Clear understanding of systems engineering process and functional baseline management from specification writing, requirement analysis and traceability through to system level design/architecture/interface and requirements management.
      • Ideally experience in total life cycle of software development including processes and responsibilities at each stage in the cycle
      • Excellent written and oral communications skills
