      Principal Software Engineer

      Your Skills

      This position will support the needs of cross function teams engaged in Product Lifecycle Management by specifying, deploying, and maintaining an integrated digital product change management platform.

      The person chosen for this job must:

      1. Collaborate with a wide range of teams within the product change management process to ensure data integrity and continually strive toward a seamless UX/UI between system environments.
      2. Establish robust data integrity solutions that require digital communication across multiple servers and platforms including Jira, SQL database, PTC Windchill, SAP, and MS Office.
      3. Seek to bring DevOps principles to continuously improve and support a proprietary Change Management SQL database interface built in Java.
      4. Maintain and customize workflows and data management best practices in Windchill.
      5. Routine server maintenance and security to maximize performance and up-time.
      6. Develop customized workflow solutions to support various inter-departmental processes.
      7. Bring innovative ideas to process development by evaluating and recommending improvements to the digital landscape.

      System development experience recommended in the following:

      1. Jira
      2. Microsoft SQL 2016
      3. Java
      4. SAP
      5. PTC Suite of Products (Windchill, ThingWorx)

      Your Experience

      Education:

      1. Bachelor's Degree
      2. B.S. in Engineering, Computer SCience, System Engineering or similar
      3. Experience in Java, MS SQL, and/or PTC Windchill development - 10 year
      4. Database set up and management - 1 year
      5. PTC Windchill programming (a plus)
      6. Experience with Jira Cloud environment (Admin a plus)
      7. Experience with Server maintenance (a plus)
