      THE OPPORTUNITY

      The Systems Engineers' responsibilities include providing technical solutions to colleagues in all phases of the client relationship. The candidate will be providing advanced infrastructure support for the Riskonnect client infrastructure. This would include but is not limited to Riskonnect application, Clearsight application and internal solutions necessary to support our clients.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Provide advanced application support for technologies used within Riskonnect. These would include but are not limited to Windows Server 2012 - 2019 server configuration, Force.com platform support, IBM Cognos, Domo as well as other emerging technologies for security and identity management.

      • Security Audits:
      • Contribute technical documentation for SSAE18, SOC2 and ISO27001 audit preparation
      • Continually review / update procedures for audit compliance
      • Develop and maintain architecture documentation for organization infrastructure

      Technology Exposure:

      • Ansible; Enterprise Backup; Force.com ; Windows Server OS 2012-2019 ; Okta ; Zoho
      • Active Directory / Group Policy
      • AWS / Azure
      • Terraform
      • IBM Cognos
      • Kaseya
      • Linux – Redhat
      • Powershell / VBScripting
      • Batch File Programming
      • Storage (EMC)
      • IT Operations Deployments / Patching / Maintenance
      • New Relic
      • Zscaler
      • FTP
      • SMTP server configuration
      • Jenkins
      • Networking – load balancer technologies

      MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

      • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

      Competencies and Responsibilities:

      • Expertise in troubleshooting system application issues
      • Advanced troubleshooting methodology
      • Attentiveness to detail in technical documentation writing

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 2+ Years experience working with Ansible
      • 2+ Years working with Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2019)
      • 2 Years working with Internet Information Server v7.0
      • 1 Year working with Salesforce (CRM Usage (case management))
      • 1 Year working with Apache / Tomcat web servers
      • 1 Year PowerShell scripting
      • 2 Years of Linux experience
      • Bachelors degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar field
