- Ensure that the systems (hardware & software) are running smoothly and any issues with the systems are resolved in the quickest time possible
- Provide first line management support for IT hardware, software, network, and operating system problems, also WMS queries relative to all process areas
- Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance
- People management, including performance management, absence management and development of the team, including coaching and mentoring
- A proven track record as a team leader/first line manager within a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a specific focus on IT
- A self-motivated mindset, able to take ownership of processes and responsibility for your own workload
- Adaptability when working in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
- The ability to take responsibility and demonstrate commitment by leading by example

GXO are looking for a Systems First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. Working with the systems team and alongside operations, stock control and off-site IT providers, you will support the operation in successfully delivering parcels to its customers.
This is a full-time, permanent position, where you’ll be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern, the hours of work will be from 06:00 – 14:00.
