      Required Qualifications:

      • An active TS/SCI w/ a current/relevant Polygraph.
      • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience; PhD and 3+ years of relevant experience.
      • Experience in complex, multi-segmented system development, integration, and test of projects including specialized, relevant technical experience in the general areas of systems integration, system development and verification, hardware, and software development.
      • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Power-Point, and MS Project.

      • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in pursuit organizational goals.
      • Experience with preparation and maintenance of project documentation, cost, and master schedules.

      • Deep historical and institutional knowledge of the customer mission and programs.
      • Experience with system testing and evaluation.
      • Experience with end-to-end integration and test methods including identification and mitigation of programmatic and technical risk.

      Peraton is seeking a driven Senior Project Management System Integrator (PMSI) to join our team of technical and business experts providing operational and mission support to a SI/SETA mission for a classified customer in Virginia.

      Our unique team of technical and business disciplines provide operational support for Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations to multiple functional mission areas. The team is responsible for technical design, operations, and mission planning and business operations for the full life cycle of customer specific operations (from concept through development and installation/O&M).

      In this role you will serve as a Senior PMSI. The SI in this role is focused on program/project management (e.g., milestone tracking, financial tracking/management, applied systems engineering, etc.)

      Responsibilities include:

      • Provide support to one or more customers assisting with project management.
      • Work with customers and projects across the entirety of the organization
      • Provide support to client programmatic and technical forums.
      • Maintain project plans for branch assigned projects
      • Coordinate and facilitate project PMRs which includes helping create PMR briefings, track project financials, schedule, identify risks/issues, and the way forward
      • Support customer oversight of the inspection of various developments, ensuring they meet the organization's requested requirements.
      • Maintain an action tracking system for action items related to projects, including actions from all reviews
      • Participate and assist with establishing and supporting technical exchanges between the various contractor and customer experts
      • Prepare, maintain, and assist with the preparation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Requests for Change (RFCs), Test Plans, and all other project documents
      • Review milestone documentation to ensure consistency with project requirements
      • Attend CIR, PDR, CDR, and other reviews, document results of these meetings, solicit and integrate comments providing recommendations

      ** This role requires the candidate to perform duties onsite Mon-Fri. May require 10% travel, based on customer needs **
