      Job Description Summary: Under limited supervision, develops, modifies, installs, tests and maintains operating systems software. Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system and/or software and executes disaster recovery procedures across technology areas. Evaluates vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to it management. Modifies and/or debugs vendor-supplied utilities and packages. Frequently leads large projects. Provides guidance to those in less senior positions. Job Specific Information: This position is responsible for architecting, building, and supporting current and future container-based infrastructure technologies to enable rapid delivery of reliable software solutions across the enterprise. Design and develop an architecture of PaaS infrastructure based on containers. Develop automation leveraging BASH/Shell programming, Git, terraform, and CI/CD tooling. Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the Platform as a Service infrastructure Research emerging technologies to build into the platform and access their impact. Build and leverage solid working relationships with developers, business, and product stakeholders. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: Experience with containerized compute environments, such as Kubernetes (Azure AKS), Pivotal Cloud Foundry (TAS), or other. Knowledge of the architecture of PaaS infrastructure in a hybrid Cloud environment. Software development experience with at least one programming language like Go, Java, Python, or Ruby. Some experience working with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Splunk. AppDynamics, or similar tools. Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Flux. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Excellent servant leadership and communication skills Excellent time management skills. Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Domicile/Relocation: Collierville, TN, Colorado, Springs, CO, Dallas, TX. Remote Verbiage: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Additional Information Salary Range Estimate: Monthly Salary: $7,764.00 - $9,954.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
