      JOB SUMMARY:

      The Florida Department of Revenue's Information Services Program is currently hiring for the position of Systems Project Analyst within the SUNTAX SAP Security team. The role involves processing user provisioning requests, troubleshooting security incidents, training staff on new security procedures, generating reports for Tax Administration Managers, ensuring excellent customer service for both internal and external clients, crafting comprehensive and reusable documentation, and preparing audit responses.

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      • Four years of Information Technology work experience in supporting, writing documentation, troubleshooting, and problem solving for enterprise systems.

      PREFERENCES:

      • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system access issues.
      • Experience with SAP.
      • Experience with DOR Information Security Process.
      • Experience with the Florida Department of Revenue’s CAMS or SUNTAX applications.

      SPECIAL NOTES:

      • Position located in Tallahassee, Florida. It is eligible for limited remote work, after initial training period
      • The tentative salary for this position is $56,001.72.

      SALARY: $53,201.64 - $58,801.80.
