  Kaufmännische Assistenz im technischen Umfeld (m/w/d)

  IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

  • Sie berichten an den regionalen Teamleiter für das Reparaturgeschäft (T-Desk Team Lead).

  • Sie sind für die Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten im Reparaturgeschäft (T-Geschäft) verantwortlich:

  • Dafür wählen Sie im zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich Revisionsberichte (Leads) aus und erstellen mit dem T-Festpreisprogramm Reparaturangebote entsprechend der abgestimmten Prioritäten.

  • Darüber hinaus holen Sie sich bei Bedarf Feedback vom Ersteller/Erstellerin der Revisionsberichte ein und geben die Revisionsberichte an den/die T-Desk Experten/Expertin zur Angebotserstellung weiter, falls die fachliche Expertise nicht ausreichend ist.

  • Des Weiteren führen Sie die T- Angebotsnachverfolgung nach Priorität und Zeit durch.

  • Sie koordinieren Kundenrückfragen zu Angeboten innerhalb der Region.

  • Außerdem melden Sie eingegangene Aufträge im System und leiten diese an die ausführende Niederlassung weiter.

  VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR IHREN ERFOLG

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konnten schon 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln.

  • Zudem sind Sie teamfähig und kommunikativ.

  • Sie sprechen und schreiben deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
