- Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma.
- Assist students with classwork.
- Assist teacher in planning and implementing daily schedule.
- Physically capable to do student transfers as necessary to maintain the care of students in the classroom.
- Meet the specific State and Federal Guidelines, associated with Preschool.
- Meet the qualification and/or criteria set by the State of Ohio Department of Education to obtain an educational aide permit (ORC 3319.088).

Schedule: 8:50 am – 3:50 pm, Tuesday – Friday
LOCATION: Fairborn Primary School
SALARY: Starting Pay: $18.02 per hour/6.5 hours per day,
Tuesday through Friday, for the 2025/26 school year.
