The Table Service Restaurants, Culinary Person, greets our Guests and escorts the Guests to their table, in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests, sharing information, answering questions and providing great Guest Service.

• Must be 18 years of age
• Works independently or as part of a team
• Works at a variety of both indoor and outdoor locations
• Requires constant interaction with Guests including answering questions, providing directions, event information and other services to help create a magical experience
• Responsible for maintaining work area-restocking and cleaning
• Excellent Hospitality skills
• Ability to multitask, to own and resolve Guest situations
• Receptive to special requests
• Comfortable using technology, will be using tablets when seating Guests
• Strong verbal communication skills

• Understanding of Table Service Restaurant environment
• Previous restaurant experience in a host position

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.

• This role is Part Time during non-peak, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during nonpeak seasons
• Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Summer, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends
