      Position Title: Tableau Developer - Remote

      Salary: $95,000 - 105,000 (commensurate with experience)

      Job Summary

      E15 is seeking a skilled Dashboard Developer, Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess combination of analytical, client-oriented, and project management skillsets, as well as an understanding of data visualization best practices. This role will develop scalable business intelligence solutions which address the critical business challenges faced by our clients and operators. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements, transforming them into data visualizations and analytical products, and managing client and stakeholder relationships. Experience in Tableau, or other visualization tools, innovation, and gathering business requirements through client and stakeholder interactions is vital for success in this role. Additionally, we are seeking an individual who can quickly learn, adapt, problem-solve, and communicate effectively at a high level.


      What you'll do:

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
      • Conduct comprehensive data discovery to understand the structure, content, and relationships within our data sources
      • Employ SQL techniques for data querying, analysis, and validation
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data integrity standards
      • Nurture client and stakeholder relationships, providing thought leadership and proactive solutions
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

      What you’ll bring:

      • 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or business analytics, preferably in a client-facing role
      • Proven experience in data visualization and analytics
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
      • Ability to understand stakeholder needs as business requirements
      • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends
      • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
      • Experience with hospitality or education data a plus
