      Location : San Jose, CA (5 Days onsite) - NO REMOTE

      Duration : 6 months

      Key Responsibilities :

      • Design and implement innovative Tableau dashboards that deliver a seamless user experience.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
      • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
      • Create wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to demonstrate design concepts.
      • Optimize the interactivity of Tableau dashboards through thoughtful design to enhance user engagement and understanding.
      • Maintain consistency in visual elements and defining behavior such as how to display error or warning states.
      • Develop and maintain documentation regarding style guidelines, design standards, and best practices.
      • Educate and guide stakeholders on the utilization and interpretation of dashboards.
      • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and Tableau development.

      Qualifications :

      • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects involving data visualization.
      • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and understanding of Tableau's capabilities and limitations.
      • Familiarity with Tableau Server and publishing interactive dashboards.
      • Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
      • Knowledge of SQL and experience with database technologies.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
