      Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour

      Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Tactical Intelligence Supervisor.

      The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Tactical Intelligence Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and tactical intelligence analysts. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
      • Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
      • Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs
      • Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
      • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
      • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required to pass Drivers Record check
      • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
      • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
      • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
      • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
      • Able to:
        • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
        • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
        • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
        • Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing training, coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

      Additional Job Functions

      • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s operations, organizational structure, and security needs.
      • Remain up to date on international, national, state, and local news in addition to security trends, potential threats, and other developments that could affect client operations and reputation.
      • Conduct proactive open-source intelligence research to detect ongoing and upcoming events that may pose reputational, operational, or security threats to the client.
      • Write concise incident summaries of incidents that have or may affect client assets.
      • Triage, research, and synthesize threat assessments from a variety of information sources on topics including, but not limited to natural hazards, crime, and civil unrest.
      • Produce and provide threat briefings to client stakeholders during crises.
      • Conduct thorough quality checks on reports and ensure grammatical and spelling accuracy.
      • Create maps to accompany intelligence products.
      • Populate intelligence databases from open sources.
