Ensuring compliance of operational processes and activities with domestic trade license, security and other applicable regulations,
Participating in development and implementation of compliance standards in line with business strategies and applicable regulations,
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and regulatory changes relevant to the organization,
Participating and supporting internal and external audits,
Handling classified information (Classified Registry) – necessary training will be provided by the company,
Supporting quality and admin activities depending on current needs.

Your role
As a Compliance Support Specialist, you will support the Operations Department in various activities that ensure the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry standards. This role involves assisting in compliance audits, preparing and maintaining regulatory documentation, tracking compliance metrics. This role also provides pathway to position within the framework of our security division as the classified registry responsible. At Saab Technologies Poland we offer opportunities for individual growth, training, and development. You will be located at Saab's HQ in Warsaw (city centre).

Your profile:
We are looking for a person who is fluent in Polish and possesses strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, to thrive in our international environment. You have some experience in compliance matters within complex organizations, demonstrating understanding of regulations and procedures. Administrative expertise is a plus, as it will contribute to the team's efficiency.
You are comfortable working with digital tools, including MS Office and Workday, and are able to adapt to our technological environment. Personal Security Clearance is necessary to fulfil Classified Registry’s tasks so you will have to apply for one in case you don’t already hold one.
