      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and inspire the Americas Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals across various business units
      - Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies
      - Oversee recruiting processes to ensure alignment with company standards and maintain accurate requisition data
      - Optimize recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience
      - Build trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders to influence talent decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of successfully hiring across technology domains such as software engineering and analytics
      - Experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams
      - Strong understanding of recruiting systems, processes, and data analytics
      - Ability to connect talent acquisition strategies to organizational priorities
      - Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and influencing talent outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRMS
      - Skilled in managing recruiting vendors and ensuring budget accuracy
      - Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
