What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute the recruiting strategy for all consulting and internal roles
- Partner with service line leaders and finance to anticipate hiring needs and build headcount plans
- Build strategic pipelines through proactive sourcing and referral programs
- Oversee recruiting tools, job postings, and contractor onboarding logistics
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to guide continuous improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8+ years of talent acquisition experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based environments
- Proven success in designing and scaling recruiting processes, including sourcing and headcount planning
- Deep understanding of role scoping, leveling, and assessing high-potential consulting talent
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS/recruiting platforms
