      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the transformation of high-volume, non-exempt hiring processes while supporting exempt talent needs in Clinical Operations and Manufacturing
      - Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines and accelerate hiring timelines
      - Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to forecast workforce needs and align on recruitment priorities
      - Enhance candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
      - Utilize data analytics to track recruiting progress and continuously improve performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in high-volume non-exempt hiring
      - Proven ability to balance hands-on recruiting with strategic workforce planning
      - Strong influencing skills to partner across functions and levels
      - Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Workday, and modern recruiting tools
      - Exceptional communication skills to inspire confidence and build trust with stakeholders
