What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Build cross-functional partnerships with various departments, including compensation and human resources
- Develop and implement effective search strategies to ensure clear job requirements and candidate assessments
- Provide offer recommendations and execute a successful closing approach
- Monitor competitive intelligence to design proactive sourcing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma, or technology company
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and hiring partner throughout the recruiting process
- Strong capability to operate effectively in high-velocity environments and clarify ambiguous situations
- Experience in sourcing and closing candidates for roles from entry-level to senior management
- Excellent customer service and solutions-oriented focus

- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience with high-volume recruitment
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Aptitude and willingness to learn the nuances of assigned roles
