      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and making offers
      - Proactively source BMET candidates using various platforms and networking strategies
      - Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess both technical and soft skills
      - Maintain candidate database via the Applicant Tracking System
      - Develop and implement unique sourcing techniques to attract candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum four (4) years of sourcing and recruiting for BMET professionals
      - Minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms
      - Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including job description development and candidate hiring processes
      - Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, recruiting systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience within the DoD BMET community
      - Previous government contracting experience
      - Experience with iCIMS
